Each aligner is custom-made to fit your mouth and is designed to move the problem teeth a tiny fraction – less than a quarter of a millimeter. When the first aligner has done its job, it is swapped out for the next one in the series. This process continues for around 6 months or as directed by your provider, and as teeth start to drift back to their preferred positions, more space is created. Greater space equals decreased overcrowding and a straighter, healthier smile.
